Take a Break; Self-Meditate

Today is a day to reflect on the gift of life that we received from our mothers. Thank you, Mom! Our relationship has experienced lots of love, with ups & downs and twists & turns, along the way. But, I am grateful that we both had the opportunity to grow in our love & acceptance of each other. Your presence in my life has taught me many wonderful lessons.
