As we reach and stretch our minds and bodies past our comfort zone, remember to seek that sweet spot – that place of effort and surrender. Extend to the edge as we further challenge ourselves, while still maintaining a focused ease and strength. Remain mindful to avoid over reaching or struggling to hold a painful position. Seek equilibrium with effort, but not force. This is the sweet surrender that allows us to grow and evolve and trust that we are moving in the right direction.
